Terms of use

Nitwit Network (nitwitnetwork.com) is operated by WeldonPC, Garfield Heights, Ohio. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The game

The site is a game for fun and practice. There are no prizes, wagers or rewards of any kind, and scores have no value. Answers are computed by the site and shown with their working; if one is wrong we will correct it, but we cannot promise the site is free of mistakes or always available.

Hunch Books and leagues

A Hunch Book opens with a private link. Anyone holding the link can open the book, so keep it private; we cannot recover a lost link. League boards show the generated nicknames and daily scores of their members to anyone with the league's code. Please play fairly; we may remove books or leagues used to disrupt the site.

Payments

The Network Pass $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, or a Day Pass for $1.00. Monthly and yearly plans renew until cancelled through PayPal; the Day Pass is one payment for 24 hours. While the site is in preview, checkout is off, nothing is charged and every Pass feature is free. Prices may change for future periods with notice on this site; a period already paid for is not changed.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
